The branding for Bête Noir originating from Logix Creative recalls the noir ambiance of a mysterious city in an elegant and sophisticated way coupled with the décor to ensure that guests want to reside in a boutique experience surrounded by the dark sensuality of the unknown. The city, “built for gentlemen by gentlemen” and the V18 initiative, Valletta’s European Capital of Europe in 2018 is complementing this transition.
The hotel is a beacon of design whilst still paying homage to the historical setting. The mysterious façade and the interior architecture was enough for the design team to capture the true essence of the story using only subtle, luxury and elegant textures.
